He is joined by a constellation of stars and industry veterans. Among them is Hollywood icon Demi Moore, fresh from her critically lauded performance in 'The Substance,' which garnered significant accolades, including an Oscar nomination. Also featured are Isaach De Bankolé, a familiar face at Cannes through his collaborations with renowned directors, and Stellan Skarsgård, whose recent success in 'Sentimental Value' earned him an Oscar nomination and a Grand Prix win at last year's festival. The directorial talent is further enhanced by Chloé Zhao, celebrated for 'Nomadland,' along with emerging talents Diego Céspedes and Laura Wandel, both previous awardees in Cannes' Un Certain Regard section. Rounding out the jury is the accomplished Scottish screenwriter Paul Laverty, known for his work on multiple Palme d'Or-winning films.
This eminent nine-person jury is set to evaluate 22 films vying for the top honor.
